HOW TO SET AN "INTERNAL ALARM CLOCK

Here are a few tips to help you to set up an "internal alarm clock" in the morning & get out of bed!

#1.) GET A DECENT AMOUNT OF SLEEP. The word "decent" is relative to what each one of us needs, but generally you should get between seven to nine hours of sleep a night. Adjust your bedtime depending on when you have to get up.

#2.) BLOCK OUT LIGHT. Darkness is a cue to your body that it's time to sleep. When you're trying to go to bed, the darker it is, the more likely you'll fall asleep.

#3.) ENVISON YOUR WAKE-UP TIME. Thinking about the time you want to wake up ACTUALLY prepares you to get up at that time.

#4.) EXPOSE YOURSELF TO LIGHT AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP. Turning on the lights or opening the blinds gives your body the energy it needs to keep going for the rest of the day.

#5.) SET YOUR RADIO TO YOUR FAVORITE MORNING SHOW! - Well duh, you already knew this one! Make sure to wake up with the most music in the morning! Only on 105.5 JYY!!!
