There's a veterinary charity organization in the U.K. called PDSA which is holding a contest . . . to see how much weight EIGHT overweight pets can lose. -Anyway, SEVEN of the pets that are entered in the contest are dogs, and the other animal is a 13-year-old cat named Tinks . . . who weighs 24 pounds.
