RIHANNA HAS A NEW TATTOO . . . AND IT'S ON HER HAND:

Earlier this week, RIHANNA showed off her LATEST tattoo. Like a lot of her tattoos, it isn't exactly hidden. In fact, this one might be the MOST visible one . . . since it's all over the top of her right hand. --Rihanna . . . who got the tattoo recently in New Zealand . . . tells "People" magazine, quote, "It's tribal.
