GO AHEAD. I DARE YOU! Would you like to DARE the JONAS BROTHERS to do something OUTRAGEOUS??? Me neither . . . but your teenage daughters might. And they'll have their chance when the Jonases host this year's "Teen Choice Awards".
During the show . . . (--which airs on Fox on August 10th) . . . the Jonas Brothers will be performing various "dares" from their fans. To submit one, you have to record a video of yourself pitching the dare, and upload it on MySpace at this address . . .http://www.myspace.com/teenchoiceawards
(--Obviously, the "wild and crazy" dares have to be child- and family-friendly. So, this isn't quite the "Truth Or Dare" that we all remember from the unsupervised basements of our youth.)

DEBBIE ROWE HAS *NOT* ACCEPTED A $4 MILLION PAYOUT FROM THE JACKSONS:
The "New York Post" printed a front-page story yesterday, claiming that DEBBIE ROWE had agreed to sign away her parental rights to MICHAEL JACKSON'S two eldest children . . . in exchange for a $4 million payout. --But Debbie's lawyer, Eric George, says this is COMPLETELY FALSE. And he wants a retraction from the "Post". He says Debbie will NOT take any more money from the Jacksons. He wrote a letter to the "Post" denying their claims point-by-point.
He said, quote, "There has been no agreement reached between Ms. Rowe and the Jacksons." --"Ms. Rowe has not and will not give up her parental rights." "No determination has been reached regarding custody or visitation."
"Ms. Rowe has not accepted . . . and will not accept . . . any additional financial consideration beyond the spousal support she and Michael Jackson personally agreed to several years ago." DR. ARNOLD KLEIN WAS SUBPOENAED BY THE CORONER'S OFFICE:
Investigators for the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office served MICHAEL JACKSON'S former dermatologist, DR. ARNOLD KLEIN, with a subpoena yesterday. --They were seeking his medical records on Michael . . . which he was allegedly dragging his feet on handing over to them.
The investigator who showed up at Klein's office just before noon yesterday said that's NOT the case, though. He told reporters, quote, "We are continuing with our investigation. Dr. Klein is cooperating with it.
"There's been rumors that Dr. Klein is not cooperating, but that's not true." --He added, quote, "We are not investigating the doctors, we are investigating Mr. Michael Jackson's death."

The JESSICA SIMPSON / TONY ROMO breakup seemed like it came out of nowhere. And maybe it did. RadarOnline.com says that Tony walked out on Jessica last Thursday after finding messages on her phone from her ex-boyfriend, JOHN MAYER.
Romo had just flown into L.A. that day to be with Jessica. And everything was going great . . . until he saw those messages.
A so-called "source" says, quote, "They were hanging out and he picked up her phone and she got defensive about it. Tony found messages from John and went ballistic. He dumped her right then. He walked out and that was it."
