SUNDAY IS THE SECOND ANNUAL "NATIONAL GO TOPLESS DAY":

Last year, a bunch of free-spirited women decided it was unfair that men can go topless in public, but women can't.

So they got together and held an event called National Go Topless Day . . . which was basically just a series of rallies around the country where girls took off their shirts.

Anyway, it seems the event was such a hit (--and why wouldn't it be?) that this Sunday, August 23rd, has been declared the second annual National Go Topless Day.
