Well this is interesting! You know that really confusing intersection in Concord, where Centre Street meets Liberty Street meets Auburn Street? If you've ever been through this area, you know what I'm talking about. Do you yield, do you stop...where do you stop...who has the right of way? Well, they're finally fixing it. They're building a roundabout, something they should have done a long time ago!
