UNDERSTANDING SLANG
Do your kids use so much slang that you have NO IDEA what they're talking about half the time?
--If so, you should check out a new website called GotATeenager.org.uk . . . which is basically a dictionary to help parents understand teen slang.
--So what sort of slang is decoded on Got-A-Teenager?
--"Flossing": to show off. (--As in, "Look at that guy flossing in his new car.")
--"Beef": to have a problem. (--As in, "I have beef with him, so we're going to fight.")
--"Sick": good. (--As in, "Your new shoes are sick.")
--"'Rents": parents. (--As in, "My 'rents grounded me.")
