WHAT?? Boston is #2??? After the Sox winning twice in 4 years. The Pats back to back victories & the Celtics championship run, we're only #2??? WE DEMAND A RECOUNT!!!! – What do you think? Sound off!! -- Nazzy

I don't believe this list - this is an outrage, we need to do something about this situation to show the rest of the U S of A that we are always and forever #1!!!!
Thanks Nazzy for bringing this to our attention.

How can Boston be second! We are crazed fans for the love of the sport ! We scream for the goal/ basket/ touch down/ home run, whatever the case! Waha!
While I don't agree with this list, I must say that I do agree with Boston not being number 1. When you think of an AVID sports fan as the study implies, you think of a fan that doesn't quit no, matter how bad their team is. As soon as Tom Brady went down this year, all fans in this area could say is 'when does the NBA start.' Celtics fans had been MIA for the last twenty years, because they had been so bad for so long. There were no fans at those games until last year, when they finaly had a winning team. If you want to call yourselves avid, you need to be there through the good and the bad.
I dont even believe this!! The Red Sox alone have sold out more than 400 consecutive games!! They have a whole "nation"...have you heard of "Indian Nation"?? I haven't!
