On Friday, the 21st annual World's Ugliest Dog contest took place at the Sonoma-Marin Fair in Petaluma, California. Pabst . . . a Boxer-mix with a SERIOUS under-bite . . . was crowned the World's Ugliest Dog. His owner was awarded $1,600.
