TIPO?

ONE IN FIVE BOSSES WON'T CONSIDER A JOB APPLICANT IF THERE'S A TYPO ON THEIR RESUME:

In this market, jobs openings are few and far between, which is why you don't want to make a stupid, preventable mistake that could kill your shot at getting a job.

Here's what I'm talking about . . .

According to a recent survey, 19% of executives say they'll still consider hiring a job applicant even if there are FOUR or more typos on their resume or cover letter.

But 28% of bosses say TWO typos will kill an applicant's chances of getting a job. And more than ONE in FIVE bosses say they refuse to consider a job applicant if there's even a SINGLE typo in their resume or cover letter.

In other words, if there are just two typos on your resume, your chances of landing a job are automatically cut in HALF.

(--Seriously, you need to start proofreading your resumes. And don't just count on spell-check, either. Why? Because what happens if you accidentally type "derail" instead of "detail"? Yeah, spell-check won't catch that one!!) (Yahoo News)
