The 2009 edition of the "Guinness Book of World Records" went on sale yesterday. So, in honor of this momentous occasion, we figured you'd appreciate some pictures of the world's smallest man . . . 20-year-old He Pingping of China . . . posing with 36-year-old Svetlana Pankratova of Russia . . . who is the woman with the world's longest legs. (--So you know, He was born with primordial dwarf syndrome . . . and he stands just TWO-feet, FIVE-inches tall. And Svetlana, well, she just has really long legs. They're almost FOUR-feet, FOUR-inches long . . . which is nearly twice as tall as He is.)

(--But get this . . . it turns out He has a regular-sized girlfriend who he's been seeing for the last six months. Pretty cool, right?)
