Listen to this . . . According to a new survey, the average American spends about 30 minutes a day . . . in the bathroom. And . . . contrary to popular belief . . . men spend nearly as much time in the bathroom as women.

ONE in TEN Americans spend an average of 60 minutes a day in the bathroom. Roughly ONE in FOUR Americans . . . (--26% for women and 24% for men) . . . say they generally make up an excuse for why they're going to the bathroom. And nearly TWO in FIVE Americans say they're eating more comfort food, junk food and fast food now . . . because they're stressed out about the economy.
