These days, we have an AMAZING number of choices when it comes to what we eat. If you wanted to, you could have a completely different meal for dinner every night. But that doesn't mean you should. Here are four reasons to eat the same thing every day . . .

#1.) IT MAKES SHOPPING SIMPLER. And it's a lot easier to predict how much you'll spend on food each month. Plus, it allows you to buy in bulk, which can save you a LOT of money.

#2.) IT CAN HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT. If you eat the same thing every day, you only have to count calories ONCE. But it only works if you choose a HEALTHY meal to eat over and over again. That means you have to take care of all the basic food groups.

-And you should vary the vegetables every now and then to make sure you're getting a full range of vitamins. Eating the same thing every day CAN be healthy, but if you decide to eat LASAGNA five days a week . . . not so much.

#3.) IT SAVES TIME IN THE KITCHEN. SIMPLE food is usually HEALTHY food. And simple food is easy to make. Something like chicken, steamed vegetables, and rice is simple, but it's also healthy. And it takes less than 30 minutes to make.

#4.) YOU'LL HAVE A GREATER APPRECIATION FOR FOOD. If you DO decide to have routine meals, it doesn't mean you can't change things up every now and then. And on OFF-DAYS, the "NEW" food you eat will taste even better.
