THE WORLD'S SMALLEST DOG IS JUST OVER THREE INCHES TALL:

According to Guinness World Records, the smallest dog in the world is a long-haired Chihuahua in Kentucky named Boo Boo who's only FOUR INCHES tall. But there's a Maltese in New Zealand named Scooter who's even smaller.

Get this . . . Scooter is just over THREE INCHES tall, less than EIGHT INCHES from nose to tail, and he weighs less than ONE POUND. (New Zealand Herald News)
